"Shooter" is a very entertaining guy. At home he is very playful and is always doing something silly to make us laugh. Out and about he tends to be a little shy. He's not very outgoing in strange surroundings and does not appreciate strangers (human or animal) in his face but tolerates it, behaving like a perfect gentleman. His favorite activities are basketball, belly rubs and drill class. He currently has two legs toward his CD title (which he received in two consecutive weekends) and points toward his Championship. No doubt he will be finished soon. Shooter is a late maturing dog, true to his sire's English lines. His best feature is his stunning broad head with nice short muzzle, excellent stop, perfect scissors bite, and good expression with lots of wrinkle. His very black mask extends to his very black standard ears. He is also a very large boned, deep chested dog with a gorgeous rich apricot coat. Not a drop of white on him! He has a nice even topline and good angulations. He is not the best mover. It takes some effort to get him going mostly because he's too busy prancing or acting silly. Shooter is a Gold 5 Star - OFA good, OFEL, CERF, vWd, thyroid normal, OFA cardiac and patellas. Standing at stud for fully tested bitches with friendly, outgoing personality and good strong movement.
